Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but was not received:

Contact the carrier first for verification

We will assist, but we cannot guarantee refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
