Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Lost packages due to third-party errors
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
- Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but was not received:

We will assist, but we cannot guarantee refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
